This practice-oriented certification enables Human Resource (HR) and L&D practitioners as well as executives and managers across the organisation to build their capabilities, and thus drive the performance of their organisation through better people management and development practices so as to move towards building a high-performing workplace.  


The certification program is designed for aspiring and practicing HR/ Workplace L&D professionals & practitioners responsible for organisation development, executive or people/ line managers across the organization and consultants aspiring to run own L&D business with these key unique points:


  • A highly differentiated programme that focuses on direct skills application, using L&D job related project assignments & in-company practicum projects. This capstone project will provide participants opportunity to work in team solving real-life industry-based L&D problems, with coaching guidance of a faculty mentor.

  • Closely aligned with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Competency Model which defines the latest competencies needed for success of L&D leaders and practitioners, the ATD certificate modules acquired from this programme will facilitate participants’ progression to international accreditation for Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP).

  • The self-contained stand-alone modular and credit accumulation structure of the programme not only cater to the wide range of L&D specialization but also flexible to meet the needs of busy HR and L&D professionals by allowing learners to complete the entire programme within a period of 2 years.
