About the Facilitator: Mr Ning See Meng

Mr. Ning, See Meng, MA(Education, HRD), BA, Dip in Training & Development Management, Adv. Cert in Instructional Design, STADA certified Adventure Learning Facilitator, Adv. Cert in Training and Assessment (ACTA)-WSQ/WDA Singapore.


Ning has a combined 32 years of experience in training and development, human resource performance management, counselling, work life strategy consulting, multi-generations management consulting and general business management in the Singapore Civil Service, healthcare and (in Indonesia) industrial park estate and facilities management.


Besides being a senior manager, a mentor and a leader, he has been providing consultation and counselling to senior management in developing and deploying strategies to achieve organizational goals.  Recently, he has also co-develop and delivered a Contemporary Leadership Development Programme for high potential young managers in Asia Pacific-Middle East region for a petroleum products company.


Ning is effectively bi­lingual and bi-culture in Chinese and English. He has been involving in national training efforts such as on­the-job training system with Institute of Technical Education/Productivity and Standards Board, Fast-­Forward workers training and CREST(Critical & Enabling Skills Training) programme certification audit with Productivity and Standard Board(Now SPRING Singapore) and The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) with WDA(Workforce Development Authority, Ministry of Manpower). He trained and assessed candidates of ACTA courses at the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce Institute of Management.


He has worked with clients in Aerospace Manufacturing, Aviation Engineering, Healthcare, Garment Manufacturing, Retails, Semi-Conductors, Hospitality, Chemical Products, Oil and Lubricant Industry, Civil Service, Engineering, Facilities & Environmental Management, Technical Education, Secured Logistics Management, Business Info-Tech sectors, F & B Services, Metal Processing, Energy & Utilities Generation and Scientific Information Research Services in Singapore, China, Asia-Pacific Region and Africa.
