This course addresses the skills and knowledge to coach individuals for service performance. It involves identifying the coaching needs of individuals, and preparing and delivering a coaching plan. It also includes the use of coaching techniques to close service gaps and monitor the progress of individuals for improvements in service performance.

Negotiation is an art which many are not fully confident in doing. This course will equip you with the key negotiation skills which can significantly improve both the individual and business performance, and ultimately meeting the needs of the participating parties.

Which Funding Should You Tap Into?

 

 

SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)

With effect from January 2016, Singaporeans aged 25 years and above who received their SkillsFuture Credit account activation letter will be eligible for an initial credit of $500 which can be used to pay for course fees for a range of eligible skills-related courses.  This is only applicable for self-sponsored applicants. Application via SkillsFuture Portal can only be made starting from 30 days before the course commencement date.

WSQ Funding

Applicable to both self and company-sponsored Singaporean citizens/ Permanent Residents who are aged 21 years old and above, course fee support depends on category which course applicant/ sponsoring company falls under.

 

WDA Course Fee Support can go up to 90% subsidy for mid-career Singaporeans aged 40 years old and above (under SkillsFuture Mid-career Enhanced Subsidy), and up to 95% funding for Singaporeans aged 35 years and above and earning a monthly salary of $2,000 and below (under Workfare Training Support (WTS) scheme).

 

Absentee Payroll

Absentee Payroll (AP) funding is a grant to help employers defray the manpower costs incurred when the company sends its employees for certifiable skills training during working hours.  Absentee Payroll is applicable to only company sponsored applicants.

Productivity & Innovation Credit (PIC) Funding

Companies sponsoring their staff for this course may claim for Productivity & Innovation Credit (PIC) Funding Scheme under IRAS. PIC Funding is applicable to only company sponsored applicants.
