Reinhard Peter Moors
Professional Coach and Innovation Facilitator,
Outerbox Thinking
Professional Coach | Existentialist | Facilitator | Treasure Hunter
Master’s Degree (Professional Coaching) Middlesex University – London UK
I have been working with the learning and development of individuals and groups for more than 30 years. My coaching practice typically focuses on existential matters and the impact these have on my clients’ life, relationships, and work. Most of my clients are senior leaders in the corporate space, although I also see clients in their private capacity. I am also facilitator of Coach Training to International Industry Leaders.

When I work with organisations as a facilitator of innovation and strategy, I harness the existing knowledge within the company, combining this with new ideas through a facilitation process to produce cutting edge thinking. This thinking is the basis of new strategies that will result into new products, procedures, systems, designs, and corporate identities.
Jane Moors
Talent Expert and Career Coach,
Outerbox Thinking
My clients are hiring managers, leaders, and recruiters in well-known corporates and small businesses. They are also people who want to build their careers. Some live in our street; others live time zones away in Europe, the UK, and the US. But each learns an uncompromising message about talent engagement and reaching your potential: success is not based on technical expertise alone but on your ability to create a compelling human connection.

As an award-winning consultant and internationally ICF accredited coach, I delight in sharing what I have learned over 25 years of experience in talent attraction and engagement to train managers and recruiters to make the right match between people, vital skills, and workplace culture, and to prepare candidates to succeed in interviews. It has been rewarding to coach leaders and specialists to develop the emotional and social intelligence skills needed to communicate with empathy and assertiveness, build trust with stakeholders, and cultivate an attractive personal and professional brand.
