Holistic Nutrition

Thomas Edison said that the doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and the cause and prevention of disease. In this workshop, participants will learn about the Human body and Holistic Wellness, and in particular, the right food to eat, and be involved in making a Detox salad.

Participants have an understanding about the different Body types and how the Body heals itself, and the importance of the right food.
