About the Event
This workshop focuses on helping anyone aged 50 and above to be equipped with the essentials to keep themselves healthy and fit. During the course, you will learn about the human body and common illnesses as well as how to reset the body to allow for self-healing and promote holistic wellness through health and fitness. By the end of the course, you will be able to pinpoint body areas/organs, prevent/manage/improve illnesses, reset the body through diet and adopt a daily fitness routine.
Participants have a good understanding about the Body, and how to effectively reset it, so as to allow the body to heal itself and essential exercises to keep fit.
