About the Course
A team that is motivated and sustained will be able to innovate. In order to sustain a team, the members need to be motivated, feel safe and have a sense of belonging. In order to motivate a team, they must have a sense of autonomy and control over their work. They also need to feel like they are making an impact on the company as well as themselves.
