About the Course
A team that is motivated and sustained will be able to innovate. In order to sustain a team, the members need to be motivated, feel safe and have a sense of belonging. In order to motivate a team, they must have a sense of autonomy and control over their work. They also need to feel like they are making an impact on the company as well as themselves. A self-directed team is one that has the ability to make decisions on their own without being told what to do or how it should be done. This gives them more ownership over their work which leads them to becoming more engaged in their work.
