Date & Time
30 JUNE 2016
6.00 - 9.00PM
Leadership development in organizations focuses on the individual leader's skills and competencies. However, sustainable results and organizational change do not come from a single individual, but through networks of empowered leaders. A social leadership strategy refocuses leadership development from the individual to the network of relationships. The success of this approach is reliant on a strong coaching culture, where the skills to build relationships, communicate, and collaborate are the key to unlocking the potential of your social leadership. After this session, you will take back to your organization three critical coaching skills that the managers of LinkedIn apply for effective social leadership.
