Creative Culture and Self-Directed Learning:
How You and Your Organisation Can Power Ahead
Growing complexity and unpredictability in the world today require our society to be more creative in our approach – to look for viable solutions, to learn and apply knowledge and to be more productive overall.
Creation imagines a future one wants to go that is not in existence - yet. Creation is different from problem-solving. It is more than problem-solving, although elements of the latter exist in the former.
The process of creation typically follows a path of self-direction and collaboration. As a result, creation is powered by the self-directed learner; creation and self-directedness are intertwined. Self-direction propels the learner to uncover his gaps, gather knowledge and resources, plot the path ahead and work towards closing those gaps. The ability to identify gaps, apply learning and navigate to bridge the gaps is a sign of innovation. Collectively, the organisation or society becomes more creative.
Join us for another session of great sharing and amazing learning journey!
