Corporate training providers have a lot on their plate: They are expected to not only provide quality training, but also handle countless backend tasks to prepare for each course: registration, verifying trainees’ particulars, handling withdrawals, compiling attendance lists, issuing certificates, collecting course evaluations and much more. Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) and Approved Training and Testing Centres (ATTCs) also have to compile reams of statistics to submit to funding agencies.
Too often, the quick fix is to simply hire more staff. But with a labour crunch and higher manpower costs, this is not always feasible. Companies need to look for ways to employ technology to achieve their goals.
