More importantly, participants will be able to apply their knowledge of the amended requirements to upgrade their organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) without the need to engage an external consultant, thus achieving greater productivity and cost savings.
At the end of the workshop, participants will gain a newly upgraded QMS and a checklist to complete the entire QMS in accordance to ISO 9001:2015’s requirements.
