About the Facilitator: Dr Charles Png

Charles is currently a consultant with National University of Singapore (NUS) advising and training in the Centre for Future Ready Graduates. He is also a Specialist Adult Educator in the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), training and coaching in Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment as well as the Specialist Diploma in Advanced Facilitation for adults. In addition, he was Divisional Director in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) from 2012-2013 in charge of 2500 staff and faculty in their area of learning. He has conducted workshops for faculty in developing their competencies in teaching and learning.


“Creative Problem Solver and Pioneering Advisor” – Charles also provides top executives with effective business solutions and practical leadership applications that deliver measurable results for their personal and organisational challenges. Charles has more than 15 year experience in managing and consulting with organisations. Currently he is a Master Coach certified by ICC and a Master Facilitator of John Maxwell Programs. In his capacity, he facilitates workshops, coaches and develops many top executives.


Reflecting his variety of passions, his clients come from varied industries – oil and gas, trading, HR, utilities, insurance, IT and education – from Singapore to Myanmar. He has held leadership roles in international schools – a Deputy Principal in ACS International) and in the media industry (Vice President in Mediacorp) in addition to directorships in NTU. A solutions-focussed coach, he helps clients to problem solve and creates sustainable value for themselves and their organisations.
