Jean currently heads Sales Learning for Twitter international markets across APJ, Latin America, Middle East and Russia; strategizing, planning and implementing learning initiatives to enable and up-level sales professionals capabilities to help grow their business, increase revenue and drive long term sustainability. Jean has 19 years of professional experience with 14 years in sales enablement and learning from both Twitter & Microsoft; working with senior sales leadership and helping businesses achieve positive results; leveraging new learning technologies to drive innovation, collaboration, and business outcomes. She shared on the topic of "Making Learning a "DNA" of Business" - about what Twitter do, what practices they can put in place to ensure learning is closely embedded into the business, training is top of mind and making learning stick.
Hiren is currently the Learning Partner with Vodafone Singapore, heading the learning practice for the Asia Pacific region. He brings together 19 years of experience in L&D, Sales Enablement and Leadership Training. He has also extensively worked in Leadership Development through Mythological storytelling. Hiren is an avid musician and whenever he is not training, he is found producing music. He spoke on “Driving a New Learning Culture”, specifically discussing about breaking the myth that L&D drives learning, new ways of knowledge adoption in organizations and how can L&D be the change agents of tomorrow’s learning.
