The Singapore Training And Development Association (STADA)
The Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA) is a non-profit professional institution committed to the development of human capital development (HCD) practitioners in Singapore. Our members are drawn from both the public and private sectors, representing industries ranging from service, manufacturing to government/ statutory bodies.
Since our inception in 1972, we have been providing our members with learning opportunities to the best human resource practices, knowledge and skills for the purpose of developing them into HCD professionals.
The opportunities for networking and learning are tremendous. This is because ideas and information are shared and exchanged amongst our HCD practitioners that continuously update our members on the latest human capital development and issues.
We provide a wide range of HCD services and activities aimed at the professional development of our members. Our services include the designing and facilitating of training programmes using experiential learning approaches, organizing workshops and conferences, and publishing newsletters and journals.
