(a) Ordinary |

Persons who are over
the age of 21 years and are directly or indirectly involved in the human
resource development function.

(b) Professional |
: |
(i) Ordinary Member who
meet all the following criteria shall be eligible for consideration :

. Obtain
a minimum qualification of a professional diploma in training and
development or human resource development, whose applicable standards are
recognized by the industry
|
| |
|
. Have at
least five years of working experience in the field of training and development
or human resource development.
|
| |
|

Recommended by 2 members and supported by testimonials of 2 clients
|
| |
|
(ii) Ordinary Members
who do not satisfy all the above criteria can appeal to an Accreditation
Council appointed by the Management Committee.

|
(iii) Professional
Membership is reviewed and renewed at the beginning of each biennial period.
|
|
(c) Corporate |
: |
Companies or
organisations which support the objectives of the Association.
|
|
(d)
Associate |
: |
Associate Members are
individuals and institutions established outside Singapore which have an
interest.
|
