Create a structure for referral passing. Training Needs Analysis

Develop a systematic and integrated approach to training and development (T&D) with a total company training plan (TCTP) to ensure T&D is aligned to business needs, employees manage their career development with the company’s competency framework, T&D is carried out according to the total company training plan and budget, training results and performance are measured for continuous improvement.
